Roman came and quickly diagnosed the problem. That old clear plastic tubing was replaced with flexible metal hose that will outlast me. They were able to schedule me next day. Polite, professional, knowledgeable. Roman also checked the refrigerator drain line, no clogs. Very thorough. And it did not cost me an arm and a leg like the other guys.
